FIXED PENALTY is a short film that I co-wrote and produced as part of a Cyfle training scheme exercise. The idea was to create a short film that involved a minimal amount of dialogue and could be shot within 5 minutes from unit base on a budget of £2000. This film went on to be screened on the BBC ‘Big Screens’ around the UK and was an entry-level winner of the Filmaka “Hard Times” competition.
